I'm praying fervently that Olmert doesn't hand the keys to east Jerusalem over to Abbas...as well as half of our country. If so, I'm afraid this next year may be a difficult one for Israel. Makes me want to speed up our aliyah. L'shana Tovah to you, BK!
Shanah Tovah, I would guess means Happy New Year! Israel is my prayers my friends.
To the troll, I am a Gentile with many, many Jewish friends and I have never been treated as a second class person. I have found a very deep respect for each other and a sharing of Holy Days and the deep faith involved. . Israel is the birth place of the Judeo- Christian laws that govern Western civilization. I challenge you to show me how Islam has made the plight of the so called people of Palestine any better off? The Jews turn the desert green, the muslims whine and cty and blow up innocent people in an extortion racket.
Why would I treat non-Jews like second-class citizens? G-d created us all in His image and loves us all. Since we are commanded to emulate G-d and his mercy extends to all of His creatures, we too must love all of his creatures, Jews and non-Jews.
